Having trouble logging in?
If you have not received a username and password by mail yet, your account is still being set up. Please give us 48-72 hours to set up your campaign send your login information to you.
Notice: We have noticed that many users are not receiving their login information by email due to spam filters or other reasons. Please read the information below on how to login to your account.
Your login username and password are both the name you used when ordering, minus middle names, spaces, and symbols. For example, if you used "John A. Smith" when ordering, your username and password will be "JohnSmith". If your login info exceeds 12 characters it will be cutoff, so only use the first 12 characters. Ex: LongfirstLonglast would be "LongfirstLon".
