What is a contextual ad?
A contextual ad is a link in a webpage that leads to your website and is relevant to the content around it. They are contextual because these links are shown based on your chosen category and keywords, and the content on the page around the ad is related to it. See the
how it works page for examples.

Why should I choose Quality Traffic Supply over other services?
Quality Traffic Supply offers a highly recognized and reliable advertising system. Contextual traffic eliminates the problem of untargeted visitors who are not interested in your website. With this type of advertising, you can be sure that people who see and click your ad are browsing related content, and will have an interest in yours too. Website traffic from contextual ads is also shown to have a higher return on investment than banners, popups, or redirected domain traffic.
We also offer very responsive and helpful support. You can contact us by live support, email, and physical mail. If you ever have a question or problem we can be reached very easily.

Where does the traffic you provide come from?
The traffic we deliver comes from our content network of websites. For detailed information on how the system works and what the ads look like, read our
how it works page.

Why do some site have much lower prices?
You may see other sites that are selling 100,000 visitors or more for prices like $35. It may be tempting to order this, or maybe you already have done so. It is guaranteed that it is a waste of your money, and that they will send you VERY poor quality traffic, if not fake traffic. This is how they keep the price so low. Our prices are suited to the quality of the traffic we offer.

What is a visit? Is that the same thing as a hit?
A visit is a unique person that sees your site. Many companies will try to trick you by offering hits, which are not unique and the same person may be sent to your site over and over again.
A hit is not necessarily a unique visit. Technically, a hit occurs whenever a file is loaded. When you loaded this page, you generated quite a few hits, one for each image you loaded and one for the web page itself. In common usage, people are referring to visits when they talk about hits.
We count unique visits, not hits!
For more information on reading your web counter and statistics, see our
blog entry on reading your stat counter.

How do you deliver this much traffic?
We have partnered with many reputable websites to form an extensive advertising network. These sites receive millions of targeted visitors daily. By placing your site into this network, your campaign will be exposed to a large amount of targeted web site traffic.

Can I promote through my affiliate link?
Yes, there is no problem promoting directly through your affiliate link. Simply put your affiliate link as the URL that you are promoting and choose
the proper category and keywords for the product you are promoting.

Do you allow adult sites?

Do you offer stats so that I can track my campaign?
All campaigns come with real time statistics so you can keep track of our progress during your campaign. After ordering, you will be given a username and password for the member's area of Quality Traffic Supply. Use the login link at the top of the page to view your traffic campaign stats.

Do you generate traffic using spam or other such techniques?
No. The targeted visitors we deliver are legitimate and come from our content publisher network. We never use banners, popunders, expired domain traffic, email spam, newsgroup spamming, spyware, or bots to send traffic.

How long will it take to get my visitors?
After your purchase, your order will normally start within 48 hours. After that start date, visitors will come to your site from the contextual ads. When your campaign starts, you may only get a few hundred visitors per day, then the amount of visitors will increase each day. We guarantee that you will get the number of visitors promised within 30 days (excluding campaigns of 100,000 and more, these will last longer).

Do you have any restrictions on the content of my site?
Your site must be legal in the United States. We can only send targeted traffic to websites with content that is appropriate for a general audience. Please, no websites with illegal content, hate or sites that promote illegal activities. (See terms and conditions on the TOS page for more information).

Why doesn't my counter match 100% with yours?
Normally, both our counter and yours will be equal or very close. Several factors may prevent visitors from actually making a request to your server:
- The visitor is on a slow connection and cancelled the request.
- Your site was unavailable (down) or extremely slow.
- The visitor's browser or Internet Provider saved a previous copy of your web site and used the cached copy instead.
- You counter is not functioning properly.
- Your counter record visitors in a different method then ours.
Javascript and web based counters vary greatly. To test this, put both Statcounter and Google analytics tracking code on your website. They will come up with very different details. Third-party tracking (which usually shows up as an image on your page) magnifies these problems to the point that it should never be used as a reliable count. Raw server logs are the most accurate method for traffic comparison.

When will I receive my account info and what is my login name and password?
You will normally receive your login information within 48 hours. Your login username and password are both the name you used when ordering, minus middle names, spaces, and symbols. For example, if you used "John A. Smith" when ordering, your username and password will be "JohnSmith".
If your login info exceeds 12 characters it will be cutoff, so only use the first 12 characters. Ex: LongfirstLonglast would be "LongfirstLon".

My campaign will end in a few days, but there are several hundred visitors not delivered yet. What will happen?
This is a very uncommon case that may happen when the selected category is short of visitors. Many traffic companies can simply add popups or use other tricks (such as loading several sites on one page) to increase supply. Thus, those companies are rarely faced with supply shortages. Indeed, one should be circumspect when a company never seems to have supply problems. We do not have that option because our supply is limited by the number of real visitors we are able to locate. Because we insist on only delivering quality traffic, we cannot simply "add a popup".
If this is your case, please understand that we are working very hard to increase traffic flow rates and expect the situation to improve markedly over the next few days. In this rare case, the campaign may not meet the 30 days timeline, but we will continue to deliver visitors util it completes.

I ordered country targeted visitors and I think I am getting visitors from other places.
As you might be aware, a rDNS lookup is insufficient to derive a geographic location. For example, a significant portion of .com traffic is non-US and quite a bit of non-us TLD traffic is US. In addition, Regional Internet Registry (e.g. ARIN/RIPE...) data is not useful in such determinations for a variety of reasons. Reliance on either data source will result in very poorly targeted traffic. IP addresses do not translate directly into geographic locations by nature of the implementation. A more complex model encompassing a variety of techniques and assumptions is therefore required to accurately geotarget traffic.
Since it is impossible to determine the exact physical location of any user based solely on his/her IP address, the goal is to determine the most likely location of the user. Our geotargeting system uses a proprietary subnet database to derive the probable location of all visitors. The primary data is from sources that ask users to enter their address (e.g. order data from large retailers). The assumption is that users in the same IP subnets are in the same general location (so that the location data for one user can apply to the entire IP block). This, when combined with various other data sources can be used in a statistical model to derive the most probable location of each visitor. Thus, we have substantial reason to believe that all users sent to US/Canada campaigns are indeed from the US or Canada etc.
All systems must employ assumptions to determine the location of users. We strongly believe and can quantitatively demonstrate that our method produces vastly superior results to other methods. Indeed, we discard large quantities of (apparently) non-US/Canada .com/net/org traffic that other traffic wholesalers would send as "US" traffic. We do not claim or certify that every visitor will be physically located in the US or Canada. Such a claim would be impossible to fulfill. We do certify that we will do our best to properly identify each visitor and that we have a good reason to believe that every visitor sent to a US/Canada campaign is located in the US or Canada. We most certainly do not wish or intend to send improperly geotargeted traffic. Such a practice would not be consistent with our commitment to quality.
