We are happy to answer any questions you may have before ordering, or help you resolve any problems you are having with your campaign. In order to help our customers get better response times, and find the solution to their problem as quickly as possible, we ask you to do a few things before emailing us:
- Have you checked the FAQ for your question?
- Please give us 48 hours before emailing us about your campaign details.
- Your login username and password are both the name you used when ordering, minus middle names, spaces, and symbols. For example, if you used "John A. Smith" when ordering, your username and password will be "JohnSmith". If your login info exceeds 12 characters it will be cutoff, so only use the first 12 characters. Ex: LongfirstLonglast would be "LongfirstLon".
